Few words about me.
I am and have always been in love with Nature, I am captivated by its peace, beauty and strength that it gives me.
My second passion is healthy eating and healthy cuisine based on vegetables, herbs, spices and healthy cold pressed oils. In my kitchen, I combine flavors, replace sugar with healthier substitutes, white flour for gluten-free and unhealthy trans fats for wonderful cold-pressed vegetable oils that contain unsaturated Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids necessary for our body . I learned conscious eating to feel and look young and healthy while also having energy and vitality.
I cook lightly, deliciously and healthy. I like simple, good-quality dishes that are not chemically processed. I love cook for family and experiment in my kitchen.
I am sharing my passion for food, cooking and a healthy lifestyle, and I want to inspire you to change your life.
