Rolada szpinakowa z lososiem

Przepyszna, lekka i zdrowa przekaska.

Skladniki:

1 opakowanie szpinaku (swiezy nie mrozony)

1 lyzka maki

2 zabki czosnku

1 opakowanie serka smietankowego

1 opakowanie wedzonego lososia

2 lyzki chrzanu

4 jajka

Szpinak usmazyc z czosnkiem, przyprawic sola i pieprzem. Do wystygnietego szpinaku dodac 4 zoltka. Ubic bialka. Dodac 1 lyzke maki, wymieszac i dodac do szpinaku (powoli mieszajac). Mase przelozyc na duza forme (wylozonej papierem) rozprowadzic mase i piec przez 15 min w 220 stopniach.  Ostygnieta rolade szpinakowa smarujemy serkiem i chrzanem, ukladamy plastry lososia. Zwijamy jak rolade i wkladamy do lodowki na kilka godzin. Kroimy rolade na grube plastry.

Delicious, light and healthy snack.

Ingredients:

1 package of spinach (fresh not frozen)

1 tablespoon of flour

2 cloves of garlic

1 package of cream cheese (can be Philadelphia)

1 package of smoked salmon

2 tablespoons of horseradish

4 eggs

Fry spinach with garlic, season with salt and pepper.To cooled spinach, add 4 egg yolks. Beat the egg whites. Add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir and add the spinach (slowly stirring). Transfer the batter to a large form (lined with baking paper) distribute the mass evenly and bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees. Spread the cream cheese and horseradish on a cooled spinach roulade and place on it slices of salmon. Roll it like a roulade, all togetehr with all ingredients inside and put in the fridge for few hours. Cut the roulade into thick slices and serve chilled.
