Koktajl “zielono mi”

Koktajl bardzo zdrowy i pożywny. Idealny na drugie śniadanie.

Składniki:

1 grejpfrut

1 kiwi

1 banan

1 gruszka

garść szpinaku

3/4 szkl wody mineralnej

Owoce myjemy, kroimy na miejsze kawałki. Wkładamy do miski i blendujemy, dodajemy szpinak i wodę. Koktajl gotowy !!! 🙂

Cocktail that is very healthy and nutritious. Ideal for lunch.

Ingredients:

1 grapefruit

1 kiwi

1 banana

1 pear

a handful of spinach

3/4 glass of mineral water

Wash fruit and cut into smaller pieces. Put everything in a bowl and mix throughout. Add spinach and water. Mix again. Your “I feel GREEN” coctail is ready !!! 🙂
