Drozdzowe paszteciki z pieczarkami

Paszteciki drozdzowe z pieczarkami musza byc u mnie na przekaske w Sylwestra, ale rowniez sa doskonale na kazda inna okazje.

Skladniki:

100 g masla

2 szkl maki drozdzowej

200 ml mleka

1 lyzeczka cukru

3 jajka

1 lyzeczka soli

20 g drozdzy

czarnuszka do posypania

Farsz:

0,5 kg pieczarek

1 cebula

Robie zaczyn (drozdze, 3 lyzki cieplego mleka, 3 lyzki maki i 1 lyzeczka cukru). Odstawiam do wyrosniecia. Make mieszam z jakami, rozpuszczonym maslem i wyrosnietym zaczynem dodaje cieple mleko. Wyrabiam ciasto i znow odstawiam do wyrosniecia. Robie farsz: pieczarki myje, wycieram i scieram na tarce na duzych oczkach. Na patelni smaze cebule i dodaje pieczarki, przyprawiam sola i pieprzem. Gdy ciasto podwoi swoja objetosc wykladam na stolnice, kroje na 2 placki i rozwalkowuje. Na rozwalkowane ciasto rozkladam farsz i zawijam jak na strucle makowe, smaruje rozbeltanym jajkiem i posypuje czarnuszka. Pieke w 180 przez 20 min. Podaje z barszczem czerwonym. Smacznego!

Buns with mushroom

Patties with mushrooms is a snack at my house for each New Year’s Eve, but are also perfect for any other occasion.

Ingredients:

100 g of butter

2 glass of yeast flour

200 ml of milk

1 teaspoon of sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp of salt

20 g of yeast

fennel flower seeds (black cumin) for sprinkling

Stuffing:

0.5 kg of mushrooms

1 onion

For dough (yeast, 3 tablespoons of warm milk, 3 tablespoons of flour and 1 teaspoon of sugar). Allow the dough to rise. Make mix of yaks, melted butter and overgrown dough, add warm milk. Knead the dough again and allow to rise. For stuffing: wash, wipe and grate mushrooms. Fry onions in a frying pan, add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. When the dough doubles in size, place it on the board, cut into 2 pies and roll out. On the rolled out dough spread the stuffing and wrap everything like a strudel. Lubricate the top with egg white and sprinkle with black cumin. Bake at 180 for 20 min. Serve with red, beetroot borscht. Enjoy
